Nuggets+ Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nuggets+! We’re excited to support your child’s math journey. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access & Delivery

Upon subscribing, you’ll receive access to the specific level (e.g., P3, P4, etc.) that you subscribed to — including all content released for that level during the current academic year.
All content is hosted and delivered exclusively via our HeyHi LMS platform.

2. Subscription & Billing

Nuggets+ is a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $99/month.
Nuggets+ Upsized is available at $149/month, and includes full access to our Problem Sums Mastery Programme video library for either Lower Block (P3–P4) or Upper Block (P5–P6), depending on your subscribed level.
To cancel your subscription, please email us at [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date.
No renewal reminders will be sent, so please mark your billing cycle in your calendar.

3. Refund Policy

Strictly no refunds will be provided for cancellations, missed deadlines, or unused content.

4. Account Usage

Each subscription is valid for one household only.Account sharing across multiple households or users is not permitted.
If unauthorized sharing or excessive logins are detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.

5. Bonuses & Perks

Subscribers may receive exclusive bonuses such as: Exam paper walkthroughs, Topical revision videos, Special live sessions
Bonuses do not expire and will remain available as long as your subscription is active.

6. Content Use & Downloads

Videos and worksheets are view-only. Downloading, copying, or redistributing our content is strictly prohibited.

Students are encouraged to use a notebook to attempt questions while viewing them on screen.

7. Pausing or Freezing Subscriptions

We do not offer subscription freezes or pauses.
You may cancel anytime and re-subscribe when ready.
